How many times have you found yourself in the supermarket isle wondering what the best choices are? Our Fitness Chef Glenn Favreau will take you on a guided shopping trip to the supermarket to teach you how to make smart decisions that will accelerate your training results. Chef Favreau can also come to your home and teach you and up to two other people how to cook a healthy meal from start to finish. It's not only informative, it's a lot of fun and a fun way to spend an afternoon with your friends!

MYOTHERAPY

Myotherapy is a rehabilitation method for the musculoskeletal system with the intent to relieve chronic pain and discomfort. 
People suffering from back pain, headaches, restricted range of motion, sciatica, and improper posture can be soothed by receiving therapeutic manipulation of different layers of muscle, and connective tissue. 

The different types of therapeutic techniques  include:
Soft Tissue Massage
Trigger Point Therapy
Acupressure
Stretching
Myofascial Release

These techniques enhance range of motion, aid in the healing process, decrease the risk of muscle injury and promote relaxation in order to lead to an enhanced state of well-being.
