Bio: After many years working as an attorney in Washington DC, sitting in front of a computer and lacking time for exercise, something needed to change. I left the legal field to become a personal trainer and fitness chef. My approach to fitness combines my own experience, knowledge of exercise, and training in culinary arts. Bio: Hello there! My name is Daniel, and there is nothing I love more than fitness and cooking healthy, alternative foods. I think of myself as your practical guide to a healthier lifestyle. Fitness has always been a major part of my life. Growing up, I had three uncles who were all accomplished professional athletes, including a bodybuilding competitor, a world's strongest man record holder, and a gold medalist boxer. They were, and continue to be, my inspiration as well as my mentors. At the age of seven, I was introduced to and became fascinated by fitness facilities and what they offered. Sports have always been a part of my life too. I have competed in gymnastics, martial arts, wrestling, and in men's physique bodybuilding. I have been devoted to living as a health professional and fitness expert for over five years. I have competed nationally in the NPC men's physique division and have meal planned, prepped, cooked, and delivered for clients for over two years. Nutrition is my absolute passion. I have the most appetizing selections suited for any meal, diet, or occasion. My motto is "abs are made in the kitchen and sculpted in the gym!"

Bio: I was born and raised in New York and have been living in California for nearly 8 years. My entry into the Fitness Industry followed my own personal transformation. I was a 2 pack a day smoker and my daily sugar intake was enough to kill a small horse. I came to realize that my physical condition was having a dramatic negative impact on my spirit and resolved to change. I quit smoking, drastically adjusted my eating habits and began an intense workout program. Subsequently I lost over 30 pounds of fat and put on 30 pounds of muscle and in doing so, I have realized the true potential of my happiness. Now I work hard to share that vision with my clients. Everyone has their own processes and motivations, I'm just here to help you find yours.

Bio: I've been training for 8 years... Wow! Has it been that long!? I’m all about educating my clients to empower them rather than growing a dependence on my awesomeness. So whether you have been working with me for a week or a year, as my client I aim to keep you informed to the max. I have my certification by the National Council on Strength and Fitness. Although I learned several fascinating things about the body and how it moves with my education, I did not learn how to motivate or hold my clients accountable. That, well that just comes with experience. As I learn more about my clients and the way THEY learn, I take notice on what needs to be addressed in order to get them closer to their goals. Some individuals don’t need me to be that helicopter trainer, but some do. And when they do, I make sure to provide a helping hand and be there for them every step of the way. Of course at the end of the day I practice what I preach. You can bet your potentially firm behind that I eat healthy, track calories, stay consistent on exercise, and pose as a good example for the fitness like minds that I help on a daily basis.
